I can't say enough good things about Chris Tiller and WTF. It is no secret that 'The Trainer' makes the work out. I love to run, but I knew I needed something different in my fitness regime because I really wanted to shed some pounds.
I tried a few bootcamps in the past and have left everyone in near tears after being yelled at, drilled, and pushed beyond my limits. Then I met Chris. He motivates and challenges me in every class. Even though he is a tough trainer, he lets every person find their individual pace. I started in the back of the class, slower and lagging behind my classmates— but I never felt bad about myself. Chris’s encouragement and positive energy kept me going. Before I knew it 25 LBS were gone (!!!) and now I was setting the pace in my class.
It’s been nearly 2 years that I’ve been with Chris. The weight is still off. The workouts are still challenging, and I’ve actually found solid friendships with many of my fellow classmates. To this day, even as I curse his name and yell "WTF", and other 4-letter words at him when he demands one more round of push-ups or medicine ball toe reaches, he always cracks a smile and sends a joke back my way. Working out with Chris is genuinely FUN— and that’s why I keep coming back.......LJ

Chris is a very knowledgeable, encouraging and thorough trainer. His workouts are consistent & well-balanced. I've seen him work kids to adults. So these classes are suited for all levels of experience. Now this is coming from a guy who hasn't worked out in over 12+ years. Now I attend twice a week. This was the perfect re-entry point for me. 9 months have gone by and the last time I checked I was 52lbs lighter, used to have a size 40 in waist but now I buy size 34. He has also trained my wife & daughter. If your looking for a fun tough workout, with a good trainer, this is the man to see. Come check out his workouts and you will see and feel the difference. I have been a client of Christopher Tiller for almost 2 years. Chris is a personal trainer and teaches a Boot Camp class that I have participated in consistently 1-3 times a week. Chris’ ability to design an interesting, fun, and challenging workout has kept me coming back. Every class is different and I never know what to expect. This aspect makes his workouts enticing and exciting. Chris encourages me to try my best with every exercise and keeps it light and playful when I complain and moan about a particular routine. He is also firm and believes in me so I am always working out the hardest I can. He watches closely to make sure my form is strong, and I have never suffered any injuries while working out.
I have ongoing physical limitations, including a hip replacement, which limits some exercises. Chris always remembers my history and offers modifications consistently. Because of his talents, Chris has changed me in many ways. I am physically strong and have felt the benefits in many areas of my life. More importantly, I am mentally strong. Chris has taught me that I can do much more than I ever imagined with my body, and I have become more confident in myself. I am very grateful that Chris has been my trainer!....... JZ

I've worked out with Chris for over a year doing his bootcamp classes. I've never been one to look forward to exercising but he has a great attitude and sense of humor that really draws you into the workouts. You never know what to expect (or dread) so there are no excuses not to go and check it out. I've seen him work with all different fitness levels, injuries, post surgery, postpartum etc and he does a fantastic job of modifying the exercises if necessary to ensure proper form and recovery. If you're looking for a great workout, with a great trainer, and fantastic results check him out!.......AP
Simply put.... the best workout you will ever get. I have always wanted to workout, but doing a home workout just doesn't cut it for me. I get tired and give up. I am so happy that I found Chris' fitness group, he is AMAZING! He motivates you, keeps you laughing, and doesn't let you give up. And the workouts are always different, you never get the same thing twice. Chris does a good job of incorporating strength exercises with cardio and toning exercises. I have been working out with him for a little over a month and it feels great when people notice and comment on my body. So if you want a group workout, that doesn't feel like you're just a number at the gym, please try Chris' outdoor fitness camp!!!!!!.........CR
Chris is the BEST!! I was a boot camp _____ buying the latest Daily Deal, Groupon or whatever came my way. I tried 5 different boot camps that were in my area and hands down Chris is the best. The other boot camp workouts were the same each time with maybe one different exercise. Every work out with Chris is different and fun. He has helped modify many exercises around my previous injuries and I am now able to perform almost all exercises at a higher level than I ever thought possible. If you want to workout in a fun environment, with someone who cares about you - try WTF. I guarantee you will be amazed at how good you can look and feel....... JM
